Caliber Node BYOH lets you deploy and manage apps on your own Linux server through a hosted control panel. Start with four apps free, then add more with a flat per-server license.
Both products help you run apps on hardware you choose. The main difference is where the management panel lives: Cloudron installs its dashboard on your server; Caliber Node uses an agent that connects to the hosted Caliber Node panel. Your BYOH apps and persistent app data run on your hardware.
BYOH is useful if you want one place to manage your own servers alongside Caliber Node Cloud Apps. You can set app CPU and memory limits, select eligible mounted storage for new apps, and choose optional automatic agent updates. Your hardware provider is billed separately.

Use a fresh Ubuntu 24.04 or Debian 12/13 host. Activate a license, run the one-line installer from your account and deploy a supported app. The installer requires an empty Docker host; it is not an in-place Cloudron conversion tool.
