1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using services provided by Caliber Node, LLC ("Caliber Node", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Caliber Node provides virtual private server hosting and a control panel for managing those servers. Plans, pricing, and included resources are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice for future terms.
3. Acceptable use
You are responsible for content and activity on your servers. Illegal activity, abuse of shared infrastructure, spam, and attacks on other systems are prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
4. Billing and renewals
Services are billed in advance for the selected term. Unpaid renewals may result in suspension and, after a grace period, permanent deletion of the server and its data, as described at checkout and in the customer portal.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility, if any, is handled on a case-by-case basis -- contact support for details.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caliber Node, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the customer portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or non-payment.
