Contact support
For an existing account or service, open Support in the customer panel and create a ticket. Reply in the same ticket when you have more information so the history stays together.
Include:
- The app, server, license or invoice number.
- What you expected and what happened instead.
- The steps that reproduce the issue.
- When it happened, including timezone.
- Relevant error text, redacted logs and screenshots.
Do not send passwords, private keys, API tokens, session cookies or payment card details. If a screenshot contains credentials, redact them before attaching it.
Requests involving billing or cancellation
Name the exact service and explain the requested outcome. Stopping an app, deleting an app and cancelling a subscription are different actions. A cancellation request does not automatically mean a refund has been approved.
If you cannot sign in, use the website’s contact form and explain the access problem. Include the account email privately in that enquiry, not in a public forum.
For a new app suggestion, use Feedback & Ideas rather than opening several support tickets for the same request.
