Apply a promo code
Promotions can be restricted to a product, plan, billing term, date window, total use count or account.
Apply the offer​
- Choose the product and eligible plan from the offer.
- Select the required term, such as yearly billing.
- Enter the code in the order form and apply it.
- Review the updated term, discount, amount due and renewal information.
- Complete the order only when those details match your expectation.
The order page may switch to an eligible billing term when a coupon is applied. Always check the final summary: $25 per year and $25 per month are very different orders.
Why a code may fail​
It may not have started, may have expired, may be fully redeemed, or may not apply to the selected plan or term. An offer for BYOH does not automatically discount Cloud Apps or a VPS. Per-account restrictions still apply when placing separate orders.
Renewal pricing​
Some promotions repeat at renewal; others apply once or for a limited period. Use the offer terms and the checkout’s renewal information, not assumptions based on another promotion.
Contact support before paying if the displayed amount differs from the advertised eligible offer. Include the code and selected plan, without payment credentials.
