Open Settings and select the relevant section.

Profile and email

Keep your name, billing information and country accurate. Changing your login email is different from resending verification for the current address. Follow the email-change confirmation process shown in the panel and keep access to both addresses while it completes.

Notifications

Use Email notifications to review the preferences available for your account. Save changes, then check that the expected preferences remain selected. Some essential account, security or billing communications may not behave like optional product updates.

The notification bell in the panel shows account activity and messages. Following an app request can also provide notifications when its status or staff response changes.

Activity history

Use the Activity section to review recorded account actions. Check the timestamp and time zone when comparing an event with a support conversation or your own logs.

If you see an action you do not recognize, review sessions and security, revoke unwanted access and contact support with the event details.
