Payment methods and adding funds

The methods enabled for your invoice appear in Billing. Card and wallet options can vary by country, device and payment-provider eligibility.

Add account funds

  1. Open Billing → Add funds.
  2. Enter the amount and choose an available payment method.
  3. Complete checkout.
  4. Confirm the transaction and new balance in the panel.

A top-up adds account funds; it does not by itself create a subscription. Cancelling a top-up invoice is different from cancelling an existing service.

Cryptocurrency payments

Choose Crypto and follow the payment page. Send only the selected asset on the exact network shown. Use that checkout’s amount and destination, not an address copied from an old payment or a documentation screenshot.

The invoice is marked paid after the required confirmation. If it remains unpaid, use Check crypto payment on the invoice. Keep the transaction ID if you need support. Do not send a second payment until you have checked the first one.

Accepted coins and networks can change. The live checkout is the source of truth; a coin supported on one network is not automatically accepted on another.

PayPal and card checkout

Finish approval on the provider’s page and check the invoice status after returning. Never share your payment-provider password with support.

If a payment completed but the invoice did not update, provide the invoice number, payment time, amount and provider transaction reference in a ticket.
