BYOH licenses and renewals

Open BYOH License → Licenses & pricing to see the current options. A license manages a server; it does not include hardware, disk space or internet service.

License types

• Free: up to four installed apps on one server per account.
• Unlimited subscription: no installed-app count limit under the license, with the billing term shown at purchase.
• Owned Unlimited: a one-time license purchase with no recurring license renewal.

All apps still compete for the server’s real CPU, RAM, disk and connection. “Unlimited” does not mean unlimited resources.

Ordering and setup

Give the license a recognizable name. The server IP is optional at checkout; complete the connection setup afterward. Paid licenses must be paid before enrollment. Apply any eligible coupon and check both the amount due and renewal terms before ordering.

Manage the license

Open the server’s Settings to see its license, term and paid-through information. Paid recurring licenses can be cancelled at the end of their term. Free and owned licenses have no periodic renewal payment.

If a hardware review is shown, contact support rather than ordering a second license to bypass it. Moving a license is a separate operation and does not migrate apps.
