Delete an app safely
Download backups and export any important data before confirming deletion. A recovery snapshot kept only within the app may be deleted with it.
Before deleting​
Confirm the app’s name, hostname, location and subscription. Check whether another service depends on it, including webhooks, DNS records, mail or external integrations.
Delete the app​
Open the app’s management menu and choose its delete action. Read the confirmation and complete any required typed acknowledgement. Wait until removal finishes before attempting to reuse resources or move a BYOH license.
The released capacity can be used by other apps on the same hosted subscription. Deleting an app does not cancel the subscription. To stop its recurring service billing, use subscription cancellation.
External DNS records, third-party accounts and copies of data outside the app are separate. Review them after removal; do not remove unrelated DNS or mail records.
If deletion reports an error, contact support with the app identifier and message. Do not assume data has been removed or resources released merely because you clicked the button.
